Timing Chain R&R
Customer came in with engine noise and rough starts. After a full diagnostic and inspection, we confirmed stretched timing chain and worn tensioners — a common issue on higher-mileage 2AR-FE engines.
We performed a complete timing chain service: replaced the chain, tensioner, guides, and seals. While in there, we checked camshaft timing components, cleaned the mating surfaces, and ensured everything was torqued to spec. The job was wrapped up with fresh oil and a filter, and we verified timing with a smooth start-up and road test.
2012 Toyota Camry
Tune Up, Break Pads, Rotors
Performed a full tune-up including engine air filter, cabin air filter, fuel filter, engine oil and filter, spark plugs, and fluid top-ups. Replaced front brake pads and rotors.
1999 Nissan Frontier
Engine Replacement
Customer came in with a loud knock and severe power loss. Compression test showed one cylinder almost dead. Visual inspection through the spark plug hole revealed a broken piston. We sourced a replacement engine and swapped it in, transferred all components, replaced gaskets, and buttoned it up with fresh fluids.
87 Toyota Pickup
Engine Overhaul
This classic Toyota pickup came in tired and barely holding compression. We tore the engine down to the bare block and fully rebuilt it from the ground up — new pistons, rods, camshaft, bearings, seals, gaskets, and timing components.
Block was cleaned, machined, and reassembled with all clearances checked to spec. Once complete, we reinstalled the engine, primed it, and got it running strong and smooth.
